En suivant un peu plus la doc (https://subtrac.sara.nl/oss/email2trac/wiki/Email2tracParse#Updateticketfields)il faudrait modifier le fichier de conf email2trac avec : inline_properties: 1
pour activer la syntaxe suivante:
